1. Complimentary Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
2. Same-Day Shipping Cutoff
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM CST are shipped on the next business day.
We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.
3. Expedited Shipping Options
For faster delivery, customers may select upgraded shipping methods at checkout:

USPS Priority Mail Express
Shipping speed is determined by your chosen service and destination. All delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier.
4. Carrier Selection & PO Boxes
We ship using UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS).
Important:

UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Customers using a PO Box must select a USPS option to avoid shipping delays or returned packages.
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.
6. Shipping Liability Disclaimer
PEPSMITH is not responsible for:

Carrier delays, errors, or lost/stolen packages

Delivery to incorrect addresses due to customer error

Weather-related delays or force majeure events

Customs delays or international transit issues (if applicable)
While we will always assist in tracking or escalating issues with carriers, we cannot offer refunds for shipping problems beyond our control.
7. Address Accuracy & Order Review
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Incorrect addresses may lead to delivery issues, return-to-sender fees, or restocking delays. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately after placing your order.
